Chardonnay

  is a yellow hay colour which is characterised by a light flower and fruit aroma. This wine aged in barrique, is ideal with smoked salmon and mushrooms. 

  Alcoholic content : 12%

  Duration of ageing : from one to three years, even longer if aged in barrique.

  Ideal temperature : 8° - 12° C (barricato 10° - 12° C)
