Schiava

of this wine can vary from a light ruby-red colour to a dark ruby-red colour and sometimes with a burgundy tone. The characteristic perfume is pleasant, with a notable fruit flavour cherry and redcurrent  with an almond after taste. Velvety and dry, it has a low tannin and acidity content. It is balanced, pleasantly harmonious, delicate and full bodied at the same time.

The wine derived from Schiava grapes is suitable to accompany any dish and can be served in a multitude of occasions.

  Alcoholic content : 12 %

  Duration of ageing : from one to two years.

  Ideal temperature : 14° - 16° C slightly lower than other red wines.
