ageing it turns into a burgundy colour. It has an intense and pleasant
perfume, it becomes a full, ethereal and persistantly fruitty with ageing.
The flavour is warm, dry, tasty with a pleasant bitter after taste,
lightly tannic and aromatic. It is rightly considered the prince of the
Trentini wines in that it expresses the quality and character of the
regional wine making.
