Teroldego

has an intense ruby-red colour with a violet reflection and with ageing it turns into a burgundy colour. It has an intense and pleasant perfume, it becomes a full, ethereal and persistantly fruitty with ageing. The flavour is warm, dry, tasty with a pleasant bitter after taste, lightly tannic and aromatic. It is rightly considered the prince of the Trentini wines in that it expresses the quality and character of the regional wine making.

  Alcoholic content : 12.5%

Duration of ageing : from one to four years, when young, it offers an emphasized intensity of perfume, if it is aged the character it contains is highlighted.

Ideal temperature : 14° - 16° C slightly lower than other red wines
